Summary:
Western States Electric is accepting applications for General Labor positions.
We are looking for entry level associates who will work directly with a team of solar energy professionals and electricians to assemble and install electrical systems and solar equipment on a 200 MW solar plant near Battle Mountain Nevada.
This is a new and exciting growth opportunity in the region starting 7/31/23 and we are looking to build the right team to succeed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Connect panels to the power grid.
Will be using company supplied hand tools/power tools to install solar system equipment Assisting/managing with PV wiring system layout Go under the solar panels to install wire/mechanical attachment's Moving/ lift materials weighing 5-50lbs General site clean up/ housekeeping Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Good Attitude Be Dependable Follow Directions Be able to work with others Have transportation Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and the use of hands and arms to work
